Members help build the team from the ground up by discovering prospects, contributing to rankings and draft preferences, participating in discussions and eligible votes, and shaping the team’s identity, fan experience, and community presence.
AI Athlete System
Every approved prospect receives an AI Athlete Agent that identifies strengths, establishes development priorities, tracks progress, and helps the athlete prepare for the Federation Sports Draft.

A Federation Sports team begins taking shape before the first player signs. Members discover approved prospects, study film and development progress, contribute to rankings and draft preferences, participate in discussions and eligible votes, and take part in the Federation Sports Draft. Their participation helps shape the roster journey, team identity, fan experience, community initiatives, and future milestones. Contracts, coaching, player safety, and other professional football responsibilities remain with qualified Front Office personnel.
