Federation Sports reimagines professional football by giving athletes new opportunities and giving members the chance to help build real teams from the ground up.
Founding Story
“Built by former athletes, coaches, and football minds who saw too many players overlooked by traditional systems.”
Federation Sports is a member-powered professional football league where athletes compete to earn roster spots, members help build real teams, and communities come together to shape the future of the game.
For Prospects
Too many talented football players lose opportunity before they lose ability. Federation Sports gives approved prospects a real path to develop, earn visibility, and compete to be drafted onto a Federation Sports team.
For Members
Members help build the team from the ground up by discovering prospects, contributing to rankings and draft preferences, participating in discussions and eligible votes, and shaping the team’s identity, fan experience, and community presence.
AI Athlete System
Every approved prospect receives an AI Athlete Agent that identifies strengths, establishes development priorities, tracks progress, and helps the athlete prepare for the Federation Sports Draft.
The Bigger Vision
Federation Sports is building real teams, a real draft, and real opportunities for athletes to earn roster spots. Athletes, members, and communities are helping build the league from the ground up.
A Federation Sports team begins taking shape before the first player signs. Members discover approved prospects, study film and development progress, contribute to rankings and draft preferences, participate in discussions and eligible votes, and take part in the Federation Sports Draft. Their participation helps shape the roster journey, team identity, fan experience, community initiatives, and future milestones. Contracts, coaching, player safety, and other professional football responsibilities remain with qualified Front Office personnel.

The Old Way
Federation Sports
Federation Sports gives aspiring football athletes a connected path forward through free Prospect Profiles, position-specific evaluations, AI-powered development, and greater visibility. Members can follow prospect progress, study film, and support prospects while qualified Front Office personnel remain responsible for professional football decisions. This creates a clearer path toward consideration for the Federation Sports Draft without guaranteeing selection or a roster spot.
The Opportunity Score™ gives approved prospects a developmental snapshot built from verified prospect information, football evaluation, and recorded progress. It helps athletes recognize strengths, identify priorities, and prepare with purpose for the Federation Sports Draft. It is an informational development tool—not an official draft ranking or a decision on selection, contracts, compensation, or roster status.
